What exactly are beliefs ... ?

Most people link beliefs with all sorts of moral and religious associations; and while there are many religious and moral beliefs, at a very basic level beliefs are much more than that. Very simply, beliefs are repeating thought-patterns that take hold in the mind and become "habits of thought" over time. Very literally, in the brain there is a "hard-wiring" of these habitual thoughts that in time dictate our auto-responses for a given topic. A belief has little to do with truth, it is much more about routine programming of our subconscious mind. (Remember, there was a time when people believed the world was flat!)

Why are beliefs important to me ... ?

Beliefs are important to you because what you believe about yourself on a given subject is what you will eventually experience. For example, if you believe that it is hard to make money, you will always struggle with money. If you believe that heart disease runs strong in your family, you will end up dealing with it too...

Your attitude towards beliefs should be based on their usefulness to you - not whether they are "true". The subconscious mind does not consider whether something is true or not before it registers it and programs it in your brain's neural network. For example, holding a belief of poverty is not useful to you (even if you have no money and it is technically true). Rather, holding to a belief of wealth - over time - can overwrite the "faulty" poverty belief. Once the new belief has been established, the results you see in your life will start to match your newly held belief of wealth. (Belief Tracks helps you to re-write your negative, non-useful beliefs).

What exactly is Belief Tracks ... ?

Our company creates and publishes personal development programs that teach people to use creative thought to improve their lives. By using our CD soundtracks to alter their long-held negative beliefs about themselves, they are able to systematically change their experience.

We help people realize that what they focus their attention on is what they get in life.

Belief Tracks is a very simple to use, effective tool to help you replace the habitual thought patterns (beliefs) that continue to bring undesirable results into your life. Every belief that you hold ultimately defines your life experience - in every area. Your health, financial status, personal happiness and relationships are essentially "auto-controlled" by your subconscious mind. Whatever "instructions" have been impressed upon the subconscious mind will be carried out with relentless precision over time. That is why it is vital that you clean up any belief patterns that are detrimental to you.

The Belief Tracks Discovery Program is a set of 5 masterfully crafted CD's that, using a wide variety of technologies, recondition your limiting, negative beliefs and reprogram them with helpful, resourceful ones that will yield improved results and experiences in your life. The program addresses both the subconscious and conscious mind in a whole-brain approach to gain ultimate alignment, resonance and coherence between the two.

Also included in the program is a companion study guide that explains the process in a comprehensive yet easy to follow way.

Any belief that does not generate a corresponding positive outcome can be replaced.

Through daily listening sessions, Belief Tracks floods the part of the brain that generates new neural network connections with positive affirming messages. Over time the new messages / beliefs overwrite the old ones which creates an opportunity to experience transformational changes in your life's experiences.

How long does it take to see results ... ?

Well, you've heard that it takes 21 days to create a habit, right? Beliefs are habits too. With daily listening sessions of Belief Tracks, you can start to feel and see changes taking place in as little as 3 or 4 weeks. Immediately you will notice how you may start "softening" some of your long held, hard-line beliefs about certain topics. These topics may be have been detrimental to you over the years. But as you start to change your mind about these issues you will start to feel a sense of relief and hopefulness which will further stimulate positive outcomes and growth in your life.

Of course the longer you are listening and absorbing the material, the more you are building a healthy long-term habitual belief system that supports your desired lifestyle. Developing these attitude is fun and very rewarding and should be considered a life-long process.

Why should I believe something that's not true ... ?

Frankly, you may choose to believe something that is "not true" if it benefits you to do so - we are mainly talking about attitudes of self here. Another way to look at it is that you should avoid believing in something that is harmful to you like, "I'm never going to make money in this dead-end job".

As an example, you (like many people) may have a general belief that you'll never be rich, or that it is hard to gain wealth or some related negative belief that creates associated word-pictures that create the image of "not enough money".

When you understand that by impressing new resourceful beliefs into your subconscious mind (this is what Belief Tracks does), the subconscious could care less if it is true or not - it is irrelevant to it's processes. The subconscious is a masterfully powerful machine (yes, yours too) that goes about accomplishing whatever programmed objective you enter into it! It does this 24 hours a day - every day of your life. When you consider this fact, which thought/belief would you rather impress upon your subconscious... I am wealthy or I am poor???

Why is the subconscious mind so important ... ?

Most people go about life think that their "normal thinking self" - their conscious mind is the engine that makes everything happen. This is not the case. Although the conscious mind does play an important role, it pales in comparison to the subconscious in terms of power and effectiveness.

In a "battle of wills", the subconscious will win 100% of the time. This, by the way, is why New Years resolutions never work! Your conscious mind may be set and determined to role out the new diet, however, if the subconscious mind is not programmed accordingly and "on the same page" - the diet will always fail. Belief Tracks main objective is to help you align your conscious and subconscious intentions to work in tandem. That is the only way to see actual change.

How did my current beliefs get programmed ... ?

Ask your parents... The fact of the matter is that the conscious mind is the gatekeeper of the subconscious mind. Whatever it lets in will get programmed and acted upon. If you are not controlling the gatekeeper and choosing what "gets in", your subconscious mind will become a "public utility" running in default mode. Basically this means that any and all recurring messages are let in. The stronger and more frequent messages will be the most heavily programmed.

That is why it is important to filter what gets into your subconscious mind. From birth there are numerous messages from parents, school, mass media, pop culture, etc. Your baseline belief structure will be an amalgamation of these many messages - for better or worse!
