What are Belief Tracks?
The
term Belief Tracks has two meanings; a Belief Track is
what we call our special CD soundtracks which are designed to help build
what you could call "Belief Tracks" in the brain.
You've heard the
saying, "He's got a one-track mind"? Well, we all have multi-tracks
minds, actually. Each of the beliefs in our mind is a hardwired
"Belief Track"...
Every belief and self image that we hold about
ourselves has a physical neural-connection that is hard-wired into the
brain. Memorized reactions and past historical data is accessed through
these neurological pathways. These habitual pathways control our
behavior and lives through our subconscious reactions
to events and circumstances.
To build a new belief or self concept about
yourself, you need to develop new "belief tracks" or neural connections
in the brain. This process is done through repetition of thought, which
in time develops into a thought-habit. It is possible to start replacing
old limiting beliefs with new ones in as little as 21 to 30 days.
How it works
By listening to Belief Tracks, you are
purposely choosing helpful beliefs that are in line with your actual
conscious desires (to be health, wealthy and happy, for example). In
utilizing our CD soundtracks and associated program materials, you
systematically replace old negative, limiting subconscious belief
patterns with new one's that are resourceful and life affirming.
Over
the course of time (as soon as 3 to 4 weeks), you will start realizing
the changes. Your longer term commitment to the process will ensure your
continued success in any area of your life that you decide to address.
In the process you will become consciously aware of the level of
subconscious conditioning and the subliminal messaging you have taken in
over time that has taken over the direction of your life. Once you take
back control, you will be in the drivers seat.
The powerful human brain
You've known that your brain is a very complicated
organ and that it basically is your body's control center. However, you
may not truly understand just how powerful it really is! Requiring about
20% of both the oxygen and blood flow requirements of your entire body,
the brain sucks up a majority of the resources; and there must
be a reason for that, right?
In effect, your brain is the most advanced
piece of "equipment" on the planet, and yet most of us know
little about it, how it works, and more importantly, how to use it to
our advantage in our daily lives. How can it be that we are all outfitted with such a
powerful personal collaborator yet most seem to struggle from day to
day? But more important is that you understand the dual functions of the
"two" minds that operate through the tool that is your brain. These are
your conscious and subconscious minds.
Your brain is far more sophisticated and
powerful than the most advanced computers placed in the most
technologically complex systems in the world. However, it is the
subconscious aspect of your brain where all the power lies - not in your
conscious waking mind. In fact, it is estimated that your conscious
"decision-making" mind is responsible for only 2-4% of your
overall behavior and perception.
That means your subconscious in charge of the other
96-98%.
Your subconscious
(or nonconscious) brain is capable of
processing an amazing 400
billion bits of
information per second versus only the 2000 bits per second of it's
conscious counterpart. It is time to put that processing power to work
for you because if you do not, it will automatically work against you.Learn to control your mind
When hearing the term "mind control", it
probably brings up a negative association for most people. But the fact
of the matter is, somebody has to control your mind. Somebody has
to input the belief systems, thoughts and habits that ultimately
generate the product that is - your life. There are two possibilities
here that you can choose from:
- By Deliberate Intent - You
control your own mind and choose what input is
allowed or disallowed
- By Default - You inadvertently allow all other influences to control
your mind (by not deliberately taking
control)
If you do not purposely choose and control what
beliefs go into your brain,
or more precisely, into your
nonconscious
mind, everybody else WILL! You do not have to try to
control all your thoughts... however, you do have to choose the patterns
of repetitious thoughts that eventually turn to belief-habits. These are
what define the quality of your life.
Here are a couple key definitions...

Subconscious: "Mental activity not directly perceived by
the consciousness, from which memories, feelings, or thoughts can
influence behavior without realization of it"

Subliminal:
"Entering, existing in, or affecting the mind without conscious
awareness"
The Process of Changing Beliefs
Picture this...
Visualize an expansive green meadow with thick,
knee-high green grass. Picture right through the middle of this deep
green field a well-worn, clearly defined walking trail; a perfect foot
path where there is no grass growing on it. This pathway represents an existing
long-held, limiting (negative) belief you may have on any subject, and
the meadow is your fertile subconscious mind. The idea is that you need
to forge a new trail - a new belief. A belief that is in-line with a
positive outcome that you desire. If that existing trail represents
poverty, for example, you don't want to walk down it anymore!
You need a "new path", and you need to build it
and it will take a little bit of time to do so properly. Building a new
path is really quite simple, however. You just start walking through the
meadow on a different track - right through the knee-high green grass.
This new track will represent your newly chosen belief - wealth! Oh
sure, you probably don't consciously belief it is true at this point,
but that's ok. Just keep going on daily walks through the field - and
stay off the old path.
As you start walking daily down your new trail,
two things will start to happen. First, after a few days, you will begin
to see an outline of where you have walked the previous few days - no
real trail yet, the grass is just trampled. As the days turn into a few
weeks, you will start to see a new bare trail being cut into the field,
your new pathway is starting to become more and more defined!
The second thing you will notice is that the old
trail is starting to become overgrown and is "closing up" from lack of
use! Actually, beliefs which are built into the neural networks in your
brain are not much different that the muscles of your body. If you
exercise a muscle it will strengthen. If you do not use a muscle it will
atrophy or weaken. New healthy beliefs are muscles that must be worked
daily to strengthen. Old negative beliefs must be ignored until they
simply drop away from lack of use!
After a month or two, you will have largely
replaced the old trail with a new one. The meadow will have become
transformed and in time there will be no memory of the "old trail".
This is the very simple process for replacing negative, non-resourceful
beliefs. Once you replace the belief, you alter the outcomes that
result. That is the real work of your life. Choose the outcomes you
would like to have, install a new belief system (choose a different
path) and start walking!
